COVID -19 updates on individual pages the way I work has now changed.
Most classes and personal training are currently done virtually, on Facetime, Zoom and Skype, although 1-1 outside sessions in the park and at the beach are now available.
I’m a third degree black belt Kickboxer, I don't compete anymore, but love to teach.
I’ve been Kickboxing for over 20 years and participated in 5 different styles.
Alongside my Kickboxing I am a keen runner. Running and Kickboxing are not the best mix in terms of flexibility, so I am trying to include a lot more stretching into my own workouts these days.
I’ve completed 3 London Marathons, the Dublin Marathon and a 103 mile Coast Path Charity run through the night, plus several half marathons and Coastal Ultras.
I have taken part in The Forces March, 5 Marathons in 5 Days in aid of Veteran's Charity, one of the hardest events I have ever done, in 2012 and 2013, 2014 and 2015. In 2014 I got 3 clients through an Ultramarathon each for 3 days and in 2015 two of them came back to do the whole event! I am just about to have my first book about running published. I will update you more on this in coming weeks.
In 2021 I take on The Forces March for the 7th time!
I completed my first Triathlon at the end of September 2012 for charity after overcoming a fear of water and continued to progress on my swimming, and in 2018 I swam around Burgh Island in South Devon.
I love the challenge of an ultra-distance run and pushing myself to the limit means I am more than qualified and able to push others to theirs, but I also understand that we all have our own limits and expectations, I hope that I can push you, to, and beyond yours for a great personal reward.
Very soon I will be bringing hypnotherapy into my working life, to aid and assist with my clients relationships with food and drink.
