Groups - friends and corporate

It’s up to you!

For Fighting Fit Group Training Sessions the choice is yours.

Get a group of your friends together, anything from 2 to 20.
If you already have a venue, say office, field or even mansion we can train there, or I can book a hall.

Again, with the content of session it’s your choice.

Running - get your friends for a session out in the countryside, or through a town, whatever your location.
I can advise on gait, clothing and nutrition as we run.

Power walking - as above but at a slower pace for those just starting out or injured.

Boxing - Padwork sessions inside or out depending on the weather.

Aerobics - Proper 80’s style exercises, pop on your leg warmers and sweatbands and ‘let’s get physical’

Self-defence made easy - to help with confidence.

Insanity - Hold your own Insanity class, choose from 30, 45 or 50 minutes.
