INSANITY Live is a class based on the popular DVD's presented by Sean T of Beach Body.
Insanity is a High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) class, involving plyometric exercise, strength work and co-ordination and agility with very short breaks in between.
This means faster fat-burning, metabolism boosting and doing the class regularly gives you muscle tone development, eventually resulting in you getting your 'beach body.'
There are modifications for those who are not as fit, taking out the jumps and some of the body weight stress, but anyone with joint pain or injuries should consult their GP before taking on a high intensity class like this.
Most attending wear shorts and t shirt. You will get hot and sweat a lot in this class so bring a towel and water too.
There is a 30 minute, 45 minute and a 50 minute option for these classes, mostly the early morning classes will be 30/45 minutes, leaving you guilt free for the rest of the day.
