I’m a third degree black belt Kickboxer, I don't compete anymore, but love to teach.

I’ve been Kickboxing for over 20 years and participated in 5 different styles.

Alongside my Kickboxing I am a keen runner, I have had a break recently and getting back to trail running short distances whilst I train for my next black belt. Running and Kickboxing are not the best mix in terms of flexibility!

I’ve completed 3 London Marathons, the Dublin Marathon and a 103 mile Coast Path Charity run through the night, plus several half marathons and Coastal Ultras.

I have taken part in The Forces March, 5 Marathons in 5 Days in aid of Veteran's Charity, one of the hardest events I have ever done, in 2012 and 2013, 2014 and 2015.  In 2014 I got 3 clients through an Ultramarathon each for 3 days and in 2015 two of them came back to do the whole event! I am just about to have my first book about running published. I will update you more on this in coming weeks.

I completed  my first Triathlon at the end of September 2012 for charity after overcoming a fear of water and this year I have been challenged to take on an Ironman in 2017, so I had best get swimming again.

I love the challenge of an ultra-distance run and pushing myself to the limit means I am more than qualified and able to push others to theirs, but I also understand that we all have our own limits and expectations, I hope that I can push you, to, and beyond yours for a great personal reward.

I am now an 'On Call' Firefighter, based at Totnes Fire Station alongside my fitness work.
